Cianjur, bewarapakidulan.info – Adalah Jenal Supriatna (65) ayah dari 5 anak warga Kampung Pawenang, RT 01 RW 14 Kelurahan Muka Kec/Kab. Cianjur keseharian nya mengais rijki dengan mengumpulkan barang rongsokan sejak tahun 1978.

Sebelum jadi pengumpul barang rongsokan, Jenal jadi pekerja honorer di salah satu Intansi Pemerintah selama belasan tahun.

“Sebelumn jadi pengumpul barang bekas ini saya pernah bekerja disalah satu intansi pemerintah menjadi tenaga honorer selama 17 tahun, namun tak kunjung diangkat jadi PNS saya pun mengundurkan diri dan beralih menjadi pemulung dan pengumpul barang barang bekas,” ucap jenal saat dihampiri wartawan. Kamis (15/7/2021)

Dengan nada Jenal menngukapkan, pekerjaan ini sudah ia jalani selama 44 tahun dari mulai bujangan sampai mempunyai anak cucu, meski kepeliuan datang saat pulang tidak mendapatkan hasil propesinya sebagai pemulung barang bekas, tetap disyukuri.

“Sebelum Pandemi Pengahsilan saya perharinya bisa 50 ribu, sekarang hanya bisa menghasilkan 20 ribu itupun didapat dari pagi sampai sore, ditambah sudah terlalu banyak pemulung,” lirihnya.

Tanah yang dibangun rumah tempat tinggal bersama anak cucunya, milik Kelurahan Muka yang disewa, 145 ribu pertahunnya.(syarif noor)
