“Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Gowa dapat dijadikan pelajaran bagi masyarakat untuk dapat saling menjaga lingkungan dan memberikan informasi kepada pihak yang berwenang, jika ditemukan adanya penganut aliran sesat ditengah masyarakat”, kata E. Zulpan dalam keterangannya, di Mapolda Sulsel, Selasa (7/9/2021), terkait aksi ibu kandung berinisial HAS (43) yang tega menganiaya anaknya sendiri yaitu AP (6) dengan melukai salah satu matanya.
Aksi tersebut diduga dilakukan dengan melibatkan ayah kandung TAU (47), kakek BA (70) dan pamannya US (44) dengan turut serta membantu memegang AP untuk proses ritual aliran sesat yang dipelajari pihak keluarganya.
E. Zulpan menilai masyarakat harus berani dalam menindak dan melaporkan ke pihak berwenang agar tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang terpengaruh dan mudah masuk dalam aliran pesugihan tersebut yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan korban.
“Harus diketahui pula, keberadaan Bhabinkamtibmas dan Babinsa yang selalu siap menerima laporan dari masyarakat bila masih ada keluarga atau anggota masyarakat yang melakukan ritual-ritual pesugihan yang tentunya masuk dalam kategori aliran sesat yang dapat membahayakan” ujarnya.
Dia mengatakan kondisi pandemi mempengaruhi psikologis seseorang yang menyebabkan mudahnya masuk dan terpengaruh untuk masuk dalam ajaran atau aliran sesat pesugihan yang didasari dari dampak yang beragam, seperti ekonomi dan latar pendidikan yang rendah.
Kabid Humas memastikan pihak kepolisian diwilayah Gowa memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap para terduga pelaku yang telah melakukan aksi keji tersebut.
Selain itu, E. Zulpan menambahkan Polri dan Pemerintah Daerah setempat melakukan trauma healing kepada korban agar jangan sampai terjadi gangguan psikologis.
