SIMALUNGUN | bewarapakidulan.info – Sat Reskrim Polres Simalungun amankan lima pelaku curanmor. Adapun nama pelaku yang diamankan yakni, Bistok Martuah Sagala (18) warga Huta V Nag. Purba Kec. Purba Kab. Simalungun, Wahyu Gomong Susanto Sinaga, (17) Warga Huta Marubun Nag. Pematang Purba Kec. Purba Kab. Simalungun, KEVIN VAN RUINALDY SITANGGANG, Lk, 21 Thn, Katolik, Buruh Pabrik, Warga Perumahan Maranatha Jln. Bukit Maratur Kel. Pondok Sayur Kec. Siantar Martoba Kota P. Siantar, ERWIN AGUSTINUS RAJAGUKGUK, lk, 18 thn, kristen, tidak menetap, warga Dusun VI Desa Gempolan Kec. Sei Bamban Kota Tebing Tinggi dan RAYUDO SARAGIH Als UDO, lk, 29 thn, kristen, wiraswasta, Warga Nag. Saribu Raya Kec. Panombean Pane Kab. Simalungun. Jum’at (10/9/2021)

Para pelaku berhasil diamankan berawal pada hari Rabu tanggal 01 September 2021 sekira pkl 11.00 wib, diperoleh informasi dari masyarakat bahwa 2 (dua) orang laki-laki yang mencurigakan sedang berada di perladangan di Tigarunggu. Tidak berapa lama, setelah diamankan dan diinterogasi keduanya mengaku bernama ERWIN AGUSTINUS RAJAGUKGUK dan KEVIN VAN RUINALDY SITANGGANG.

Kedua laki-laki itu mengatakan bahwa mereka telah melakukan pencurian 1 (satu) unit mesin Generator merk Okinawa 3100 Watt dari dalam gubuk perladangan di Nag. Purba Dolok Kec. Purba Kab. Simalungun yang dilakukan 3 orang temannya BISTOK MARTUAH SAGALA, WAHYU GOMONG SUSANTO SINAGA & KS (Belum Tertangkap)

Dari hasil penyelidikan tersebut, Opsnal Jahtanras langsung melakukan pengejaran terhadap teman pelaku lainnya dan malam harinya BISTOK MARTUAH SAGALA ditemukan di Simpang Jl. Asahan-Jln. Rimba Raya Kel. Siopat Suhu Kec. Siantar Timur Kota Pematangsiantar kemudian WAHYU GOMONG SUSANTO SINAGA dari rumah kos di Jln. Rimba Raya Kel. Siopat Suhu Kec. Siantar Timur Kota Pematangsiantar.

Keempat orang yang diamankan tersebut menjelaskan bahwa mesin genset merk Okinawa 3100 Watt yang dicurinya dijual kepada pelaku RAYUDO SARAGIH Alias UDO. Tidak berapa lama, UDO juga berhasil diamankan dari rumah kosnya di Jln. Renville Kel. Merdeka Kec. Siantar Timur Kota Pematangsiantar bersama bersama barang bukti mesin genset merk Okinawa 3100 Watt.

Selain itu, 2 orang dari para pelaku yakni WAHYU GOMONG SUSANTO SINAGA & ERWIN AGUSTINUS RAJAGUKGUK menerangkan bahwa mereka juga melakukan pencurian Sepeda motor dari Jln. Simarjarunjung Kel. Tigarunggu Kec. Purba Kab. Simalungun pada hari Senin tanggal 16 Agustus 2021 sekira pkl 09.00 wib yang lalu.

Menurut mereka, 1 unit sepeda motor Honda Astrea Grand warna hitam yang sudah dimodif menjadi becak barang dengan No. Pol. : BK 6904 TP, No. Rangka MHINFG00TTK221187 dan No. Mesin NFGE-1221869 yang dicurinya sudah dijual kepada RAYUDO SARAGIH Alias UDO.

Selanjutnya para pelaku dan barang buktinya diamankan ke Mapolres Simalungun untuk dilakukan proses penyidikan lebih lanjut.
