Cianjur – bewarapakidulan.info | Kapolres Cianjur AKBP Doni Hermawan, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si. pimpin konferensi pers pengungkapan kasus penganiayaan salah satu anggota Ormas Pemuda Pancasila hingga meninggal dunia yang terjadi pada Hari Minggu, 26 September 2021 di Kecamatan Gekbrong Kabupaten Cianjur.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Kapolres Cianjur didampingi Kabag Ops Polres Cianjur Kompol I Kadek Vemil, S.E., S.I.K., M.H., Kasat Reskrim Polres Cianjur AKP Anton, S.H., S.L.K., M.H., dan Kanit 1 Reskrim Polres Cianjur IPDA Amur Yudha, S.H.

AKBP Doni menjelaskan Kronologis kejadian bermula Pada Hari Minggu tanggal 26 September 2021 sekitar pukul 13.20 di Kampung Baros Desa Cikahirupan Kecamatan Gekbrong Kabupaten Cianjur telah terjadi kekerasan terhadap korban atas nama Endang yang merupakan anggota Ormas Pemuda Pancasila Kabupaten Sukabumi yang dilakukan oleh beberapa anggota ormas BPPKB (Badan Pembinaan Potensi Keluarga Besar Banten) DPC Cianjur yang terletak di Kecamatan Gekbrong.

“penyidik berhasil mengamankan 5 orang tersangka yang berinisial P, JS, M, AH dan H. Diketahui bahwa 5 orang tersangka dalam kejadian tersebut menggunakan kendaraan roda 4 merk Nissan Terrano dengan Nomor Polisi F 1261 QY.

pelaku merusak 1 unit kendaraan sepeda motor merk Honda kemudian pelaku lainnya melakukan pembacokan dan pemukulan dengan benda tumpul, sehingga korban dalam perjalanan menuju Rumah Sakit meninggal dunia,” ujar AKBP Doni Hermawan dalam Konferensi Pers nya.

Atas perbuatannya, kelima pelaku dapat dijerat Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke 3 KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman 12(dua belas) tahun penjara dan atau pasal 351 ayat (3) KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 7 (tujuh) tahun penjara dan atau 10 (sepuluh) tahun penjara.
