Cianjur – Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir ini, dunia pendidikan di Jabar diguncang berbagai macam pemberitaan miring dan negatif dalam dunia pendidikan terutama tingkat SLTA/SMK Negeri

Catatan negatif tersebut mulai dari penahanan ratusan bahkan mungkin ribuan ijazah siswa dengan alasan tunggakan sekolah, berbagai macam pungutan yang memberatkan orang tua siswa yang dilakukan oleh sekolah lewat komite, bullying siswa disabilitas di Cirebon dan segudang masalah lainnya.

Bahkan Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) Nomor 44 Tahun 2022 tentang Komite Sekolah akhirnya harus mengalami revisi akibat tekanan dari berbagai pihak karena dianggap tidak pro terhadap masyarakat.

Berbagai masalah dan pemberitaan miring terhadap dunia pendidikan itu pun mengundang beragam reaksi.

Muncul banyak kecaman dan juga aksi keprihatinan dari berbagai pihak.

Mereka menuntut carut marut dan mahalnya dunia pendidikan di Jabar untuk segera diselesaikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jabar.

Terkait dengan carut marut dan mahalnya dunia pendidikan di Jabar pun mendapat respon dan tanggapan dari alumni salah satu sekolah negeri.

Alumni salah satu SMA Negeri yang ada di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur pun menceritakan pengalaman pribadinya.

“Saya masuk salah satu SMA Negeri yang ada di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur pada tahun 2014 dan lulus pada tahun 2017,” ungkap M.

Menurutnya uang masuk pada waktu itu sekitar Rp. 4 juta ditambah dengan biaya bulanan sebesar Rp. 150.000.

“Uang masuk Rp. 4 jutaan ditambah biaya bulanan Rp. 150.000,” paparnya

Menurutnya itu merupakan jumlah uang yang cukup besar pada waktu tersebut. Dia pun menyatakan adanya biaya tambahan pendidikan lainnya.

“Ada juga sih biaya lainnya yang saya sendiri sudah lupa,” ujarnya.

Dia menambahkan, setamat SMA dirinya memberanikan diri untuk melanjutkan kuliah ke salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Bandung.

Dirinya menyatakan rasa herannya ketika biaya masuk Perguruan Tinggi justru bisa lebih murah daripada biaya masuk ke SMA Negeri.

“Uang masuk kuliah ketika itu Rp. 3 juta sudah termasuk bayaran satu semester. Saya heran juga waktu itu, kok bisa biaya kuliah bisa lebih murah daripada biaya waktu sekolah di SMA,” paparnya.

Perlu diketahui (M) merupakan seorang anak yang dibesarkan oleh seorang ibu single parent yang termasuk kategori keluarga tidak mampu dan hanya bekerja serabutan.

“Saya dan ibu saya tinggal dari satu kontrakan ke kontrakan lainnya,” paparnya pelan

Bahkan dia pun menceritakan pengalaman pribadinya ketika masa di bangku SMA, dirinya pernah tidak bisa masuk sekolah akibat tidak mempunyai ongkos angkot ke sekolah.

Akan tetapi terlepas dari itu semua, dia mengucapkan rasa syukurnya, dibalik segala keterbatasan, kekurangan dan kesempitan, dirinya masih mampu menyelesaikan pendidikan baik itu SMA terlebih lagi bangku Perguruan Tinggi.

“Alhamdulillah! Walaupun hidup dalam serba kesusahan, kekurangan dan kesempitan, saya masih bisa menyelesaikan pendidikan dan bisa meraih gelar sarjana strata satu pada tahun 2022 ini,” ungkapnya.

Dia menambahkan dengan ilmu dan gelar sarjana yang telah dimiliki, dirinya akan berusaha untuk membahagiakan ibunya.

“Sebagai seorang anak laki-laki, dengan ilmu dan gelar sarjana yang saya miliki, saya akan berusaha membahagiakan ibu saya yang merupakan harta paling berharga dalam hidup saya,” pungkasnya.
